10″ String Wound Sediment water filter cartridge is made of FDA grade polypropylene fibers that will reduce sediment, sand, dirt, rust, and other impurities in your water.

Used as a first filtration stage.

The life of the sediment cartridge is dependent on what and how much sediment or particles are in the water. We recommend the string wound sediment water filter cartridge should be changed every six months to one year depending on water quality.
